I'm so thankful...

that Thanksgiving holidays mean 3 day work weeks. Doesn't it just make Monday more bearable? (My condolences to my friends who are stay at home mom's and rarely, if ever, get 3 day work weeks)

4 little remarks:

What are you talking about, sahm's don't get 3 day work weeks? Around here at least, Thanksgiving=time at grandma's=time off for mom! Plus, how much of a vacation do I really need from painting and coloring and role-playing and doll dressing? But thanks anyways for thinking of me. :)

ditto to jessie's comments- it also means husband home and play time with dad so mom can go shopping and the such-like. But I love 3 day work weeks too!

"Condolences" doesn't sound like the right word. Who would want to take a day off of life? :) Getting a break is awesome though and Holidays always offer that (I totally agree with Jessie).

Yup, it is "if ever" but it is all worth it when they say something cute or tell you that you're pretty. Beats a 3 day work week anytime...i do miss that though. :)
