What this Girl Wants: Navity Set

I really really really want this nativity set. But at $300 I think I'm going to have to get it in pieces....and not this year. Image via here (you can buy it there too).

What do you think? Do you have a favorite nativity set? Christmas is both a cultural and religious holiday for us, and I think having a nativity set can help set the religious tone in our home at Christmas.

Have I mentioned that I really really really want it? I'm going to stop looking at it now.

Um...That's totally MY favorite nativity set as well! I want it so badly and covet it every time I see it. I also really love the "multicultural" ones. My mom has a few Alaskan/Eskimo ones and an African one. I love the Nativities they put up at Temple Square from all around the world.

I have the whole set that I have collected over the last few years and let me tell you, I can not wait to put it up. I think it is by far the best nativity set out there.

I have this one and love it (I also collect Willowtree angel ornaments). Christie collects nativity sets and has a lot.

Go to www.pinchingyourpennies.com and look up the special they have from Current. You can get the entire set for under $150. FYI

I want this too! My sister has it and I am super jealous. It just isn't in my price range right now!

I love Willow Tree, and want this one too... someday. But the one I want to add to my collection next is the Little People one--I love the idea of a set that the kids can hold and play with while I teach them the story.

It would be fun to be able to collect nativity sets. There are so many neat ones.

My Mother-in-law gave us a piece of this nativity set each year for four years. I really love it. Getting a new piece each year is kind of fun.

I think this is beautiful and have included it on my blog about Christmas Nativity Sets, however, I prefer smaller sets that sit comfortably under the tree.
